This was our first VW purchase. Our sales representative, Frank Nolan, was phenomenal from beginning to end! He was knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. The best part was that he let us lead the shopping experience and we never felt pressured! I recommend Frank to anyone considering a VW!

Extremely satisfied with my experience, Shawn definitely provided A+ coustmer service and satisfaction when all hope was lost. To wrap it up in an eggshell my son's vehicle was in non running condition, and was at a local shop for 2mths with no resolution, and to the tune of $2900. We decided to have the car towed to VW and could not be more excited we did. After 4hrs of work I was contacted and told the car was running!! Shawn and his crew definitely exceed my expectations, we will return for any future needs!!!

Great experience from start to finish, 10 / 10 for their customer service and product knowledge. Riley was very thorough in my first VW purchase ever. Brad in finance was great as well in explaining everything to me and as professional as they come.

Frank, Matt and everyone we interacted with were awesome! We felt they were extremely helpful in following up without being too overwhelming. We had visited another dealership twice and told them we intended to buy by the end of October and never had a phone call or text to follow up to this day. Being in sales myself I found this shocking. Very glad we found our Atlas here and thankful to all of the people we worked with at York Volkswagen.

I traveled with a friend over to York VW to help him buy his new 2024 VW Jetta GLI. I have been in the auto industry all my life and York VW does it right! Frank Nolan was a fantastic and fair salesman towards us. They even stayed past closing to make sure we were fully situated and the car was cleaned. We never felt like we overstayed our welcome even though the deal was finished 45 min after close. This is how new car sales should operate! Thanks Frank and others!

The repair for our vehicle was handled in a professional manner. Mechanic was polite and helpful. My only complaint was no loaner vehicle was available. Told it would be a 3 week wait for that. We live in Gettysburg and had to wait at dealership for 5 hours while vehicle was worked on. The service of the vehicle couldn’t have gone smoother. It was the service. Being told a loaner vehicle would be available when we purchased our vehicle that left us disappointed when none was available.
